Responsibilities
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of the strategic business plans of the department.
- Managing project SLAs and backlog requests based on priority and impact to the business.
- Responsible for driving the timely delivery of digital products and software on behalf of the business owner and product and engineering/IT teams.
- Ensures requirements are captured, validated, maintained, managed, and tracked.
- Drives product delivery through financial, development and resource management.
- Identifies and manages dependencies between teams and between products, platforms, and operations.
- Reports on product progress and resolves or escalates risks and issues.
- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
- Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
- Provide clear and effective internal and customer-facing communication and escalation paths and processes.
- Ensure success of projects while maintaining customer service focus.
- Execute cross-functional, cross-product awareness and coordination of the customer’s service experience, priorities, and needs.
- Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
- Able to build a release process and framework which relies on Agile principles and engineering CI/CD best practices.
- Implement and manage a project governance framework for customer or partner engagements.
- Develop, manage and report on project status, schedule and risks.
- Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
- Manage client and project documentation, communications, meetings and required meeting follow-ups.
- Create, implement and track relationship roadmaps.
- Help create and execute on the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfaction.
- English proficiency in written and communication.
