Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of IT systems and infrastructure using system and infrastructure management, with the objective of ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Manage daily IT operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.
• Review and implement IT operational strategies, ensuring they are well communicated and aligned with overall business goals.
• Ensure execution of IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are well communicated across all departments.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to IT tickets, problems, and requests, ensuring they are met without breaches.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between IT and business teams to ensure alignment and effective resolution of issues.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly IT operational reports, covering analytics, system updates, and SLA performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all documentation reflects recent changes and maintains consistency across platforms.
