Lead IT Support (Internal)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and resolve IT service-related issues efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to proactively prevent and swiftly address widespread issues impacting IT services.
  • Innovate and improve IT services to enhance service quality and user productivity.
  • Deploy solutions enabling the IT Helpdesk team to achieve their assigned work goals effectively.
  • Contribute to the implementation and transition of major IT infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee Helpdesk teams in various offices, both domestic and international.

Requirements

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of IT services in enterprises.
  • Skilled in providing or operating network access services (LAN, WiFi, Internet), printing, and cloud applications like Microsoft O365, Google Suite.
  • Skilled in deployment, use, and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu workstation environments.
  • Proven track record in operating IT Support/IT Helpdesk teams with at least 5 members.
  • Previously involved in managing, coordinating, or supporting projects with teams of 3+ members.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and present instructional documents effectively.
  • Good communication, reading, and writing skills in English
