- Provide and resolve IT service-related issues efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to proactively prevent and swiftly address widespread issues impacting IT services.
- Innovate and improve IT services to enhance service quality and user productivity.
- Deploy solutions enabling the IT Helpdesk team to achieve their assigned work goals effectively.
- Contribute to the implementation and transition of major IT infrastructure projects.
- Oversee Helpdesk teams in various offices, both domestic and international.
